Bjwfx ships orders to customers in Singapore. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and supported after purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing does not take place on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer, and customers will be notified if a material delay affects their order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping to Singapore generally takes 7-13 business days after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. The total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is usually 8-16 business days.

Shipping Cost

Bjwfx provides free standard shipping for orders shipped to Singapore unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking number or shipping update will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including unit number where applicable. Bjwfx is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an address error, contact support@bjwfx.shop as soon as possible.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays can occur because of customs processing, weather, logistics disruptions, or other events outside our direct control. If a package appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and available tracking details so we can review the issue and assist with the next steps.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels depending on item availability and warehouse handling. If this happens, each parcel may have separate tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain restricted addresses, freight forwarders, or locations where delivery services are unavailable. If an order cannot be shipped, we will contact the customer using the order contact information.
