Bjwfx accepts return requests for eligible items within 30 days after delivery. This policy explains return eligibility, how to request a return, and how refunds are processed.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, clean, in their original condition, and returned with any included packaging, tags, inserts, or accessories. Oven mitts and kitchen textiles that show signs of use, washing, stains, odors, heat damage, or wear may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items are not eligible for return if they are used, damaged by improper handling, altered, washed, missing required components, or returned outside the 30-day window. Final eligibility is determined after inspection.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@bjwfx.shop promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email support@bjwfx.shop with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if relevant. Do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed as our error.
Inspection and Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to the account.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. If an order has already entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.
Disputes
If you have a concern about an order or refund, contact us first so we can review and assist. Chargebacks or payment disputes may delay resolution while the payment provider reviews the case.
